Devin graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University, where he consistently appeared on both the Dean’s and President’s lists. His legal education culminated in earning a Juris Doctor from the Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida.
